ABOUT
Welcome to Brumby + Beau. We are a small business based out of Vancouver. Owners and Designers Nicole and Caroline created Brumby + Beau to find better solutions to modern baby wearing. They combine their passion for baby wearing with a combined 40 years experience in apparel and fashion design to give their product a truly unique edge. Here we strive to find ways to improve baby wearing comfort and function, while maintaining a stylish aesthetic. We focus on original design, with special emphasis on quality materials and craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on keeping it local, from design to manufacture.
SMALL BATCH
We produce very small runs and take custom orders. We do not manufacture more than we can sell. Our local fabric supplier has very low minimums allowing us to purchase only what we need.
Shop small. Buy quality. Buy less. Pass along.
WHAT IS A BRUMBY?
The Brumby is a wild horse native to the Australian countryside. Its history lies in the domesticated working horses that were introduced over 200 years ago. The different breeds of escaped horses thrived by way of natural selection, passing down only the strongest traits to the next generation. This is how we view the process of design, only the strongest ideas survive and thrive.
